Privacy Policy for Energy Empire
This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game Energy Empire handles information when you use the app. The developer does not operate an account system or a gameplay-data server for the app. However, third-party advertising and consent management services integrated into the app may automatically collect or process certain information.
1. Information handled by the game
Energy Empire does not ask you to create an account and does not directly request information such as your name, postal address, telephone number, date of birth, or payment-card details.
The game may store the following information locally on your device:
- game progress, resources, upgrades, and production status;
- player statistics and achievements;
- gameplay and display settings;
- daily reward and streak timestamps;
- rewarded-ad counters and related gameplay limits;
- pending in-game operations, such as builds or upgrades.
This local game data is stored in the app's private storage area and is used to provide game functionality. The developer does not intentionally transmit this save data to a developer-operated server.
2. Advertising data
Energy Empire uses third-party advertising services to display banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertisements. Depending on your device, region, privacy choices, and the advertisement being served, these services may collect or process information such as:
- advertising identifiers and other device identifiers;
- IP address and approximate location derived from the IP address;
- device model, operating system, language, and app version;
- advertisement impressions, clicks, views, and interactions;
- diagnostic, performance, fraud-prevention, and security information;
- consent and privacy-choice signals.
This information may be used for ad delivery, frequency capping, measurement, attribution, fraud prevention, security, and, where you have consented, advertising personalisation.
3. Advertising and consent providers
The app may use the following services:
- Google Mobile Ads SDK / Google AdMob — advertisement delivery, mediation, measurement, and related advertising services.
- Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) — presentation and storage of privacy and consent choices where required.
- Unity Ads — advertisement delivery through direct integration, bidding, or mediation, where enabled in the app's advertising configuration.
The advertising configuration may also allow other ad partners listed in the consent message presented inside the app. The available partners can vary over time according to the publisher's advertising and mediation configuration.
You can read the providers' privacy information here:
4. Consent in the EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland
For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and other regions where consent is required, Energy Empire may display a consent message using Google's certified Consent Management Platform and the Google UMP SDK.
Depending on your choices and applicable law, advertisements may be personalised, non-personalised, or limited. Consent signals may be shared with authorised advertising partners through recognised industry mechanisms, including applicable IAB Transparency and Consent Framework signals.
Where a privacy-options entry point is available in the app, you may use it to review or change your choices. You may also manage certain advertising-personalisation settings through your device or Google account settings.
5. Legal bases
Where applicable, third-party providers may process information based on your consent, their legitimate interests, compliance with legal obligations, or another lawful basis described in their own privacy documentation. The available controls and legal bases may depend on your region and the consent message shown to you.
6. Data sharing
The developer does not sell your directly supplied personal information. Information collected by advertising and consent providers may be shared with their service providers, advertising partners, measurement partners, regulators, or other parties as described in their own privacy policies and as permitted by law.
7. Data retention
Local gameplay data remains on your device until it is removed by the app, you clear the app's storage, or you uninstall the app. Third-party providers determine their own retention periods for information processed through their services. Please refer to their privacy policies for details.
8. Security
Reasonable measures are used to protect information handled by the app. Local save data is stored within the operating system's app sandbox. Network communications with advertising and consent providers are handled by their SDKs and services. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Children's privacy
Energy Empire is not specifically directed at children below the minimum age required to consent to personal-data processing in their country. The developer does not knowingly request personal information from children.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact the developer using the support contact shown on the Energy Empire Google Play listing.
10. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning personal information, such as rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or data portability.
Requests relating to information controlled by Google or Unity should normally be submitted directly to the relevant provider using the privacy tools and contact methods described in its privacy policy. For questions concerning Energy Empire, contact the developer through the support contact listed on the app's Google Play page.
11. Changes to this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when the app, advertising setup, legal requirements, or third-party services change. The revised version will be published at this location and the “Last updated” date will be changed.
12. Contact
For privacy questions concerning Energy Empire, contact the developer using the developer support email displayed on the app's official Google Play listing.
