Privacy Policy – UltraIPTV App & Provider Portal

This Privacy Policy describes how the UltraIPTV mobile app and the UltraIPTV Provider Portal handle user information.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to:

• the UltraIPTV mobile app, used by end users to load and watch IPTV playlists, and
• the UltraIPTV Provider Portal, used by IPTV list providers to sign in, manage customers, assign playlists, and control device access.

2. Data Collection in the Mobile App

The mobile app does not collect personal data directly such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, or precise location.

The app may process technical data necessary for its functionality, such as:

• device identifier / app-generated device ID,
• playlist assignment status,
• playlist URLs and EPG URLs assigned to the device,
• license and entitlement status for PRO features.

This data is used only to provide app functionality, such as playlist delivery, provider assignment, and feature/license validation.

3. Data Collection in the Provider Portal

The Provider Portal may process limited information required to operate provider accounts and customer/device management features. This may include:

• provider email address,
• Google account email address if you choose Google sign-in,
• provider business or display name,
• customer names or references entered by the provider,
• device IDs and pairing codes submitted for playlist assignment,
• playlist profile details such as playlist URLs and EPG URLs,
• access status and validity dates,
• sign-in session information and audit log entries.

This information is used only to provide portal functionality, including authentication, dashboard access, customer management, playlist assignment, access expiry control, and service security.

4. Authentication

The Provider Portal may allow sign-in using:

• email one-time codes, or
• Google Sign-In.

If you use Google Sign-In, we may receive your basic Google account information such as your email address and Google account identifier, solely for authentication and account access purposes.

5. Advertising

The mobile app may display advertising in the form of banners and interstitial ads, provided by third-party services (for example, Google AdMob). These services may use device identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID) to show personalized or contextual ads, in accordance with their own privacy policies.

The Provider Portal does not display advertising.

6. Children’s Privacy

The mobile app may be suitable for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through the app. Ads shown in child-directed contexts are restricted to comply with applicable platform policies, including COPPA and Google Play Families Policy.

The Provider Portal is intended for business/provider use only and is not intended for children.

7. Data Storage and Security

We take reasonable steps to protect data used by the app and Provider Portal. Data may be stored and processed through cloud services used to operate the service, such as authentication, database, and hosting infrastructure.

We use this data only as necessary to provide functionality, maintain account access, manage provider/customer assignments, and protect the service against misuse.

8. Links to External Content

The app or Provider Portal may include links to external IPTV content, playlist sources, EPG sources, or third-party websites over which we have no control. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of external services or websites.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be reflected by changing the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
